TERM 3 2010 GROUP PROGRAM - BEGINS MONDAY 19 July

 

The Centre runs groups for women within each school term.

 

Women can drop in to the exercise groups at any time within the term, without making a booking. The remaining groups require you to enrol first. Groups and workshops are free unless otherwise specified.

MONDAYS

Yoga       11:00-12:30

10 weeks, starts 19 July.

$4 per session.

A Hatha Yoga class that promotes relaxation, for those who enjoy a vigorous class.

Facilitator: Kerre Morris-Beverstock

Casual attendance permitted

 

TUESDAYS

Tai Chi     10:30-11:30

10 weeks, starts 20 July.

$4 per session.

Improve your relaxation, co-ordination and concentration through this form of moving meditation. Promotes health, wellbeing, and harmony of body and mind. Beneficial for women of any age or level of fitness.

Vientamese Women's Support Group    10:00-12:00    

5 weeks, starts 27 July.

Free, donations accepted.

Learn dancing, cooking, quilling & share experiences together in this friendly support group.

Gentle Yoga     9:45-11:45

10 Weeks, starts 21 July.

$4 per session.

Caring for Carers

Do you look after an adult or a child who has an illness, disability or mental health issue? This workshop will let you explore your challenges and strengths in being a carer, and will explore ways that you can take care of yourself while you perform your important role.
